| TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
| 1 | FEES |
| 1.1 | The offer of a place is secured on receipt of the registration fee and a completed and signed registration form. The registration fee will not be refunded if the place is not taken up. |
| 1.2 | School fees are payable termly, in advance, by the first day of term to which the fees relate. |
| 1.3 | Fees not paid in full by the due date indicated in 1.2 will incur an administrative charge of £150 and an interest charge of 3% above base rate. |
| 1.4 | Deposits received will be deducted from the final invoice. |
| 2 | WITHDRAWAL AND NOTICE |
| 2.1 | The School requires not less than one full term’s notice in writing to withdraw a student from the School and the School requires receipt of that term’s fees. |
| 2.2 | The School may require a parent to remove a student from the School whose attendance, progress or behaviour is unacceptable to the School. Fees will not be waived in this regard. |
| 3 | EXAMINATIONS |
| Entry for examinations will be administered by the School and entry fees charged separately in addition to the advertised tuition fees. |
| 4 | ABSENCES AND LESSONS |
| Fees will not be refunded for lessons missed. Individual lessons may be rescheduled only if 48 hours notice has been given, and if rescheduling is not possible a charge will still be made. No refund or allowance is due for absence due to illness. |
| 5 | GENERAL |
| 5.1 | The person signing this form undertakes all the obligations owed to the School hereunder including, but not limited to, payment of fees. |
| 5.2 | Timetables may be altered at short notice, should circumstances demand. |
| 5.3 | Every effort will be made to ensure good order. Students are, however, personally responsible for their own safety. The person signing this Agreement is liable for any damage caused by a pupil to the premises in which they are taught. The School is not responsible for the students’ personal possessions. |
| 5.4 | This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with English law and any dispute hereunder subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. |
